Paul Serie has over 26 years working as an investment advisor assisting individuals and families manage their financial affairs. His specialties include investment management, providing retirement income, estate planning and full service financial management. Paul holds Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses, held by LPL Financial, as well as life and heath insurance designations. Prior to founding Serie Wealth Advisory, Paul worked at Citigroup and Bank of America Private Banks, Melkonian Capital Management Hedge Fund and most recently spent 12 years at TIAA-Cref leading a team of professionals responsible for over $1 billion dollars of client assets.
PERSONAL:
Paul is a Long Island native who attended Chaminade High School and then went on to Siena College. He played football at both institutions and served as team captain. Currently, Paul lives in Merrick with his wife Stephanie and 3 daughters - twins Ava and Ella (19 years old and attend Penn State University) and Alessia (15 years old, a Leukemia cancer survivor). He is very active within his community doing volunteer work and focuses a lot of his spare time on family, exercise, woodworking, and playing hockey. Paul and Stephanie also serve on the board of Friends of Karen - a non-for-profit charity organization assisting families that have children with cancer.
Paul also currently serves as President and Chairman of the Board of Mt Olivet Cemetery, located in Maspeth Queens with a rich history dating back to its founding in 1850.
